Uses of Vanillin: Vanillin is an important food additive, widely used in cosmetic, household chemicals, food, tobacco and alcohol. In food industry, vanillin is used to prepare vanilla, chocolate, cream and other types of flavor, dosage up to 25-30%; Vanillin is directly used in biscuits and cakes, dosage is 0.1-0.4%; for dairy products, such as ice cream dosage is 0.01-0.3%; and for confectionery dosage is 0.2-0.8%.
